Senope ("we", "our", or "us") provides the MaintainAll mobile application (the "App").
1. Summary
MaintainAll is designed as a personal maintenance management tool. We prioritize your privacy and store all data locally on your device.
2. Data We Collect
We do not collect, store, sell, or share personal information from users of the App. All maintenance records, asset information, and photos are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.
The App does not require account registration or login. We do not ask users to enter names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other personal data beyond what is necessary for maintenance tracking.
3. Device Permissions
The App may request the following permissions:
Camera/Photo Library: Used to capture and attach photos to maintenance records. Photos are stored locally on your device.
Notifications: Used to send maintenance reminders. Notification data is processed locally.
All data accessed through these permissions remains on your device and is not transmitted to us.
4. Third-Party Services
We do not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs in the App. We do not use the device advertising ID for tracking.
The App uses in-app purchase functionality provided by Apple App Store and Google Play Store for Pro upgrades. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by these platforms.
5. Data Retention
Because we do not collect personal information, we do not retain personal data. All data is stored locally on your device and will be deleted if you uninstall the App.
6. Your Rights
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your data. You can delete all data by uninstalling the App or deleting individual records within the App.

Senope（以下「当団体」）は、モバイルアプリ「MaintainAll」（以下「本アプリ」）を提供します。
1. 概要
MaintainAllは個人のメンテナンス管理ツールとして設計されています。当団体はお客様のプライバシーを最優先し、すべてのデータをお客様のデバイス上にローカルに保存します。
2. 取得する情報
当団体は、本アプリの利用者から個人情報を収集・保存・販売・第三者提供しません。すべてのメンテナンス記録、資産情報、写真はお客様のデバイス上にローカルに保存され、当団体のサーバーには送信されません。
本アプリはアカウント登録・ログインを必要としません。メンテナンス追跡に必要な情報以外の、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号等の個人情報の入力を求めません。
3. 端末権限について
本アプリは以下の権限を要求する場合があります：
カメラ/写真ライブラリ：メンテナンス記録に写真を添付するために使用されます。写真はお客様のデバイス上にローカルに保存されます。
通知：メンテナンスリマインダーを送信するために使用されます。通知データはローカルで処理されます。
これらの権限を通じてアクセスされるすべてのデータはお客様のデバイス上に留まり、当団体へ送信されません。
4. 外部サービスの利用
本アプリは、第三者の解析・広告・トラッキングSDKを利用しません。広告ID等を用いたトラッキングも行いません。
本アプリはProアップグレードのためにApple App StoreおよびGoogle Play Storeが提供するアプリ内課金機能を使用します。購入取引はこれらのプラットフォームによって完全に処理されます。
5. 保存期間
当団体は個人情報を収集しないため、個人データの保存を行いません。すべてのデータはお客様のデバイス上にローカルに保存され、アプリをアンインストールすると削除されます。
6. 利用者の権利
すべてのデータはお客様のデバイス上にローカルに保存されるため、お客様はデータを完全に管理できます。アプリをアンインストールするか、アプリ内で個々の記録を削除することで、すべてのデータを削除できます。
