Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MaintainAll mobile application (the "App") provided by Senope ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
MaintainAll is a maintenance management application that helps users track maintenance schedules, record maintenance history, and receive reminders for vehicles, home appliances, and other equipment.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
3. Free and Pro Versions
The App offers both free and Pro versions. The free version has a limit of 2 assets, does not include photo attachment for maintenance logs, and limits log viewing to the most recent 3 months. The Pro version, available as a one-time purchase, removes these limits and provides additional features such as CSV export and cost analytics.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
(a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent permitted by law;
(b) misuse the App, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt unauthorized access;
(c) use the App in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
5. Data and Privacy
All data entered into the App is stored locally on your device. We do not collect or access your maintenance records or personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and all related content, features, and materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The App is intended as a personal reminder tool and should not be relied upon as the sole means of tracking critical maintenance schedules.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues arising from or related to your use of the App.
9. Changes to the App or Terms
We may modify the App or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date shown above.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, excluding conflict of laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country or region of residence.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Senope（以下「当団体」）が提供するモバイルアプリ「MaintainAll」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は本アプリの利用により本規約に同意したものとします。
1. サービスの説明
MaintainAllは、車両、家電製品、その他の機器のメンテナンススケジュールの追跡、メンテナンス履歴の記録、リマインダーの受信を支援するメンテナンス管理アプリケーションです。
2. 利用許諾
当団体は、利用者に対し、本規約に従い本アプリを個人的かつ非商用の目的で利用するための、非独占的・譲渡不可・取消可能な利用権を許諾します。
3. 無料版とPro版
本アプリは無料版とPro版の両方を提供しています。無料版は資産数が2つまでに制限され、メンテナンスログへの写真添付ができず、ログ閲覧は直近3ヶ月に限定されます。買い切りで利用可能なPro版はこれらの制限を解除し、CSVエクスポートや費用分析などの追加機能を提供します。
4. 禁止事項
利用者は、以下を行ってはなりません。
(a) 法令で認められる範囲を除き、本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、ソースコード抽出等を試みる行為
(b) 本アプリの運用を妨害する行為、不正アクセスを試みる行為
(c) 法令または公序良俗に反する態様での利用
5. データとプライバシー
本アプリに入力されたすべてのデータはお客様のデバイス上にローカルに保存されます。当団体はお客様のメンテナンス記録や個人情報を収集またはアクセスしません。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。
6. 知的財産権
本アプリおよび関連するコンテンツ等の知的財産権は当団体または正当な権利者に帰属します。
7. 免責
本アプリは「現状有姿」かつ「提供可能な範囲」で提供され、当団体は法令上許される限りいかなる保証も行いません。本アプリは個人的なリマインダーツールとして意図されており、重要なメンテナンススケジュールを追跡する唯一の手段として依存すべきではありません。
8. 責任制限
法令上許される限り、当団体は、本アプリの利用または利用不能に起因・関連して生じた間接損害、付随損害、特別損害、結果損害、懲罰的損害、ならびにデータ・利益・収益の損失等について責任を負いません。
9. 変更
当団体は、本アプリまたは本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、施行日を更新します。
10. 準拠法
本規約は、日本法を準拠法とします（抵触法の適用を除く）。本規約は、利用者の居住地において適用される強行法規上の消費者の権利を制限するものではありません。
