Senope ("we", "our", or "us") provides the Cat Expert mobile application (the "App"). The App is a quiz game where users learn to identify cat breeds through two-choice quizzes and complete a cat breed encyclopedia.
1. Summary
The App is designed for a general audience and can be used by children (ages 6+). We do not collect personal information from users, including children.
2. Data We Collect
We do not collect, store, sell, or share personal information or sensitive information from users of the App. The App does not require account registration or login. We do not ask users to enter names, email addresses, phone numbers, locations, or other personal data in the App.
3. Device Permissions
The App does not require special device permissions to function. If a future version requests any device permissions (e.g., camera, photos), any data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to us.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to improve the App:
• Firebase Analytics (Google LLC): Collects anonymous usage data such as app opens, screen views, and feature usage. No personally identifiable information is collected. Data is processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
We do not use advertising SDKs or the device advertising ID for tracking.
5. Data Retention
Firebase Analytics data is retained by Google in accordance with their data retention policies. We do not store any personal data on our servers.
6. Children's Privacy (COPPA / Family Policies)
The App may be used by children (ages 6+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us. We will review and delete such information if applicable.
Note: If you contact us by email, we will receive your email address and the contents of your message in order to respond. We do not use this information for advertising or tracking, and we will delete it upon request where required or appropriate.
7. Your Rights
If you believe we may have collected personal information in error, contact us at the email address below. We will investigate and respond. Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits any privacy rights you may have under applicable law.

Senope（以下「当団体」）は、モバイルアプリ「にゃんこマスター / Cat Expert」（以下「本アプリ」）を提供します。本アプリは、2択クイズで猫種の見分け方を学び、猫種図鑑をコンプリートするゲームです。
1. 概要
本アプリは一般利用者向けに設計されており、6歳以上のお子さまも利用できます。当団体は、児童を含む利用者の個人情報を収集しません。
2. 取得する情報
当団体は、本アプリの利用者から個人情報または機微情報を収集・保存・販売・第三者提供しません。本アプリはアカウント登録・ログインを必要としません。本アプリ内で、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報等の個人情報の入力を求めません。
3. 端末権限について
本アプリは、動作に必須となる特別な端末権限を必要としません。将来のバージョンで端末権限（例：カメラ、写真等）を要求する場合でも、当該データは端末内で処理され、当団体へ送信されません。
4. 外部サービスの利用
本アプリでは、サービス向上のため以下の外部サービスを利用します。
• Firebase Analytics（Google LLC）：アプリの起動回数、画面閲覧、機能利用等の匿名利用データを収集します。個人を特定する情報は収集しません。データはGoogleのプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）に従い処理されます。

5. 保存期間
Firebase Analyticsのデータは、Googleのデータ保持ポリシーに従い保管されます。当団体のサーバーに個人データを保存することはありません。
6. こどものプライバシー（COPPA / ファミリーポリシー）
本アプリは6歳以上のお子さまも利用できますが、当団体は児童から個人情報を意図的に収集しません。保護者の方で、お子さまが当団体に個人情報を提供した可能性があるとお考えの場合は、下記窓口までご連絡ください。該当する情報がある場合、確認のうえ削除等の対応を行います。
※お問い合わせをメールで行った場合、返信のためにメールアドレスおよびメッセージ内容を受領します。当団体はこれらの情報を広告・追跡目的で利用しません。法令上必要または適切な範囲で、要請があれば削除します。
7. 利用者の権利
万一、当団体が誤って個人情報を取得している可能性がある場合は、下記窓口までご連絡ください。調査のうえ対応します。本ポリシーは、適用法令に基づく利用者の権利を制限するものではありません。
