By downloading, installing, or using this app ("OneNext"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

Service Description

OneNext is an AI-powered task management app that helps users break down goals into smaller, actionable steps. The app uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI API) to generate task suggestions and encouragement messages.

This app also uses Firebase Analytics (Google) to collect anonymous usage data for app improvement purposes. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.

Free Plan Usage Limits

The free version of this app has the following usage limits:

• Active Goals: Up to 5 concurrent active goals
• AI Goal Creation: Up to 30 AI-powered goal decompositions per month
• Re-decompose: Up to 10 re-decompositions per goal per month

These limits reset on the 1st of each month. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI responses are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, appropriate, or suitable for any particular purpose.

• AI-generated task suggestions and messages are provided for reference purposes only.
• The AI may generate incorrect, misleading, inappropriate, or irrelevant content.
• You are solely responsible for evaluating and deciding whether to act upon any AI-generated content.
• We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, productivity improvements, or results from using AI-generated suggestions.

User Responsibilities

• Use the app for lawful and appropriate purposes only.
• Do not enter illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.
• You are solely responsible for all decisions and actions you take based on information provided by this app.
• Exercise your own judgment before acting on any AI-generated suggestions.

THE APP AND ALL CONTENT, FEATURES, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

• We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content.
• We do not warrant that the app will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

• Your use of or inability to use the app.

You expressly understand and agree that you use this app at your sole risk.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.
