Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PriceHop mobile application (the "App") provided by Senope ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
The App is intended for general audiences. If you are under the age of majority in your place of residence, you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
(a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent permitted by law;
(b) misuse the App, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt unauthorized access;
(c) use the App in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations;
(d) upload fraudulent, manipulated, or fake receipt images;
(e) attempt to manipulate price data or exploit the scanning system.
4. Receipt Data & Accuracy
Price data extracted from receipts is provided for reference purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of OCR results.
Users should verify important price information independently. We are not responsible for purchasing decisions made based on the App's data.
5. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services (OpenAI API, Firebase) for functionality. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and all related content, features, and materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues arising from or related to your use of the App.
9. Changes to the App or Terms
We may modify the App or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date shown above.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, excluding conflict of laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country or region of residence.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Senope（以下「当団体」）が提供するモバイルアプリ「プライスホップ / PriceHop」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は本アプリの利用により本規約に同意したものとします。
1. 利用資格
本アプリは一般利用者向けです。未成年の方は、保護者の同意および監督のもとで本アプリを利用するものとし、保護者は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
2. 利用許諾
当団体は、利用者に対し、本規約に従い本アプリを個人的かつ非商用の目的で利用するための、非独占的・譲渡不可・取消可能な利用権を許諾します。
3. 禁止事項
利用者は、以下を行ってはなりません。
(a) 法令で認められる範囲を除き、本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、ソースコード抽出等を試みる行為
(b) 本アプリの運用を妨害する行為、不正アクセスを試みる行為
(c) 法令または公序良俗に反する態様での利用
(d) 偽造・改ざんされたレシート画像のアップロード
(e) 価格データの不正操作やスキャンシステムの悪用
4. レシートデータと正確性
レシートから抽出された価格データは参考情報として提供されるものであり、OCR結果の正確性を保証するものではありません。
重要な価格情報は利用者ご自身で確認してください。本アプリのデータに基づく購買判断について当団体は責任を負いません。
5. 外部サービス
本アプリは、機能提供のために外部サービス（OpenAI API、Firebase）を使用しています。これらのサービスの利用は、各サービスの利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーに従います。
6. 知的財産権
本アプリおよび関連するコンテンツ等の知的財産権は当団体または正当な権利者に帰属します。
7. 免責
本アプリは「現状有姿」かつ「提供可能な範囲」で提供され、当団体は法令上許される限りいかなる保証も行いません。
8. 責任制限
法令上許される限り、当団体は、本アプリの利用または利用不能に起因・関連して生じた間接損害、付随損害、特別損害、結果損害、懲罰的損害、ならびにデータ・利益・収益の損失等について責任を負いません。
9. 変更
当団体は、本アプリまたは本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、施行日を更新します。
10. 準拠法
本規約は、日本法を準拠法とします（抵触法の適用を除く）。本規約は、利用者の居住地において適用される強行法規上の消費者の権利を制限するものではありません。
